There really wasn't an interview. I came to the site because an old college buddy needed someone he could trust. The job was already mine, I just had to go through the formality of coming on site and doing the tour and interview. I talked with the plant manager and the shift manager and got a detailed tour of the site.

It could be a lengthy process about 2 weeks . 1 phone interview if they are interested they call back for 2panel interview this could take up to 5 days 3. corporate interview over webcam on a big screen several people from corporate office it takes about 2 weeks
