Interview
Serial screening process with a battery of hiring managers.
Reviewed candidate background to determine relevant past project experience.
Managers thereafter brief candidates on the scope of operational needs and the lines of businesses served.
A few technical questions were littered in to gauge the candidate's technical capacity.
Ultimately, the experience was smooth and casual.
