Very standard hiring process. First contact was from the recruiter doing the initial screening. From there, two phone interviews with the hiring manager and one of his direct reports. Lastly, I was brought in for three face-to-face interviews with managers of the operation I would be supporting. Throughout all, there were standard canned interview questions, but the focus seemed more towards getting to know me and my background. Everyone was quite friendly and now that I have worked here for several months, that has remained true.
