The hiring process consisted of 2 rounds, GD & PI. GD topic "Aggression or assertiveness, which is better in an organisation" PI round basically consisted of personality based questions with strong importance given to the resume.

We were informed two days in advance about the recruitment. The process started with group discussion. they selected in 1:3 ratio. Thereafter each selected had to go through a panel interview round.
