J.P. Morgan interview questions

I had an initail phone interview which was technical in depth Core Java and Hibernate as that was thier requirement. Then there was a 1:1 at on-site in central london with the manager and then there was a group panel interview. Detailed technical knowledge is required.

Phone interview was requested due to scheduling problems (including mine) In person interview and group panel interview followed on two successive Wednesdays. Seems like a lot of layers of approval needed and very poor communication between Pittsburgh and New York. Pittsburgh Senior Management very condescending and lowered the salay range midstream.
