Initially applied online, then received a call from an HR recruiter. Did a short phone interview with her and was told I'd receive a call from the branch manager. Went in for a 1:1 interview with the branch manager. He asked typical sales/customer service questions. Wanted to see how comfortable I would be with selling to customers, and if I was motivated enough to reach sales goals. He told me I'd get a call later in the week and if selected I'd have to meet with the District Manager. He called me a few days later and set me up with a third interview. This time it was the branch manager and district manager together. The DM asked a few questions about my background: education, skills, job experiences, etc. He wanted to know why I would like to work for Chase and what eventual career goals are. Any advice I'd give to any one who wants to interview with Chase- be able to answer a few generic questions such as: prior work history, accomplishments at previous jobs, reasons you would like to work for Chase, what your best/worst qualities are, what motivates you, where you see yourself in 2 years, 5 years? Have confidence, put on a smile, be outgoing, and show that you have what it takes to be the best fit for the position!
