Very long, tedious, and in my opinion not very good at actually showing one's skills. Most of the online questions are not designed to test your actual improvisation skills and knowledge but rather how well you can read from whatever you prepared. Have to wait a few weeks between each interview round

Explain how market makers profit from their business.
It was really interesting, all the time they leave open to you to be yourself and they focus complete on my manners and how expressive I'm on daily situations, but all the time i was pushed to express the best on me.
More behavioural. They asked 3 easy technical questions in each of the 2 interviews. It was fine, very quick and all over Zoom, each of them lasting around 30 minutes.
