Standard online application. Got invited to the tests a few weeks later and first round interview in London a few weeks after that. The first round consisted of three 1 on 1 interviews which each lasted about half an hour. My first interview was focused on why JP and why ST&R, fairly standard motivation questions which were to be expected. Second interview was more mathematical. Included brain teasers (e.g. Monty Hall problem) and also asked me for market data. Third interview was competency based, talking through CV etc. Rejected a couple of weeks after this round.

There are two interviews step. The first one consists of two interviews with two different employees from J P. The topics of the questions are general. The second one is the assessment and consists of 5-6 different interviews. Here sometimes they could ask some technical questions even though the style is the same of the first step.
