Video interview first. Then meeting up with a bunch of current employees in a superday event. Took quite a long time only to be given a denial despite the positive feedback from interviewers. Seems like you must know someone to make it in.

Entrevista tranquila, perguntas sobre o candidato, experiências, aspirações, etc. Recrutador fez boas perguntas, estava a par do meu CV, esteve atento às respostas. Depois, houve uma rodada com o gerente da área com perguntas também similares à primeira rodada.
