Interview
The phone interview was arranged via email. We spoke for about 25 minutes. It was a bilingual position. My spoken French is at the intermediate level (written not so good) and so the discussion was in both languages. I was asked customer service situational questions, about myself, my references to the job, etc. Emphasis is on customer service skills and being fully bilingual!
