I met with different people during several interviews via telephone and video. The job changed in the midst of completing the interview process; so I had to start all over again with the entire process!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied via Linkedin got a call from recruiter within 2 weeks trying to arrange phone interviews which included 3 30mins calls in a roll with people from APAC, London and US on the same day.
Following the sunrise on the Monday morning 8am the first interviewer in APAC didn't show up at all, emailed recruiter was told to continue the later 2 calls. Managed to speak to the 2nd interviewer but didn't finish the conversation as time was running out for the back to back call with the 3rd interviewer from US. The 3rd interviewer was 10 mins late and appeared anxious during the call.Near the last 10 mins he lost his audio but could hear me - I knew it from video. Despite of my suggestion to re-dial he decided to talk through rest the time anyway which was quite funny, I wished I could read his lips. When time was up he disconnected. Got an email from the recruiter on the following day apologising for the technologies glitch of the interview then nothing more.
Honestly I feel embarrassed for them, I'm not sure whether this could be even called interviews which they may have already judged me upon. Such a waste of time and disrespect.
By the way I was told it was a new role they recently created, I don't believe they had a clue what people to look for.
