At Ipsos, SQL questions focus on queries, joins, subqueries, and scenario-based data manipulation. They also test Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis. Expect real-world problem-solving related to large datasets and reporting.
The interviewer was good and explained the questions properly. If I couldn't answer he explained the approach. Easy questions on SQL, MS Excel and VBA. Questions on Joins, Aggregate Functions and some deeper concepts of SQL.
