The interview last for 2 hours, which is pretty tedious. Firstly, they introduced themselves, and explained what this role needs to do. Secondly, they asked me some questions about what I am doing, and what I expect from next job. Lastly, they gave me a technical test. There were 2 persons interviewing me, one is managing director, another one is technical manager. I think the managing director is not so sure what kind of skill they need for this role. However, the technical manager does, but his skills are outdated. After all, I passed the interview, they offered me the job. HOWEVER, I turned it down because its salary is $5000 lower than my expectation. What kind of global company will bargain the employee's for just 5k?
