There were written tests and personal interview with the team head. The tests are on both creative skills and logical reasoning. They weren't too hard. Don't need very deep knowledge to excel them

Interview
There were a total of 4 rounds which comprised of an aptitude test, an essay test, and a creativity and thinking skills test finally followed by an interview. The aptitude was of moderate difficulty, the essay and creativity tests were fairly easy.
During the interview the panel was very keen on understanding my reasons for choosing market research, so a fair tip to all to prepare a kickass answer to that.
