Interview
I got an email inviting me to an interview at their London Bridge office where I met two people. The interview was enjoyable and the people were very friendly.
At the second interview I had two new people interviewing me. Both were also really friendly.
Unfortunately I did not get a call back after the second interview. I followed up via email and got a response saying that they would get back to me. This has been over a month ago and I am yet to hear a response which is disappointing.

Tell me about a time something went wrong at work and how you resolved it
Interviewed with HR person and CEO of Ipsos Japan in Japanese at a Career Fair in Tokyo, and it last around 30 min. They asked me a series of questions about myself, my experience as a student (since this is entry level job), and why you want to work at this company.

Interview
Two intro recruiter calls with an explicit promise of follow up to discuss specific role type and fit. Ghosted after wards with no response to my three follow up emails to the second recruiter or single follow up to the first. So unprofessional! What kind of operation are they running there.

Contact stopped mid-way - not sure why. Tried to follow up but no reply from anyone I spoke to. The role was still being advertised weeks later. Eventually heard back with apologies for the delay but they were really busy- sounds like a disorganised process
