The HR surprisingly arrange an interview after sending CV for one month
Directly interview with the manager of team, questions are very straight-forward
Why are you interested in that kind of job?
Can you share what you learn in university life?
And then I got job offer one week later

What did you learn in your overseas exchange program?
This is unexpected as the employers in HK rarely ask.
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
