I applied online. I interviewed at Ipsos (Seúl) in Jul 2020
Interview
Worst interview experience. Basically said they do not tell the intern to do anything that they posted in the job description for the job posting. Just need to translate and write reports. Kept asking/commenting that I haven't written any reports in Korean before when it was pretty obvious in my resume that I have not worked in a Korean company before as I have lived and studied abroad almost my whole life. Not sure why they even invited me to interview. I did tremendous amount of research on the company and prepared a lot for marketing research job description however none of it was important for them as they kept going on and on about writing a korean report. One of the interviewers mentioned they do not need research knowledge as they allow all their other professional researchers to do the research, the intern doesnt need any knowledge although in the job posting it was as "marketing research intern" and the description mentioned data research and analysis. Very disappointed as I applied for the company as I believed I had the skills and experience matching the job description and I also had immense interest and done numerous research on the company. Very disappointing interview experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was good, but did not get any feedback on why I did not get selected. Always do more research on the company and the position, to be more prepared
The interview took about 40~45 minutes. There were 5 interviewers and just me as the interviewee. They started off with simple questions but they start giving out hard questions that verify your experience. However, the interviewers try to keep the atmosphere comfortable so no need to feel nervous.
