I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ipsos (Parsippany, NJ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online.
Brief phone interview - was asked to come in person at the end of the same work
In person interview - extremely unprofessional. was interviewed by 4 different people. 2 of them were not even told they would be interviewing until 5 minutes after I showed up to the office. Was given no briefing about the position or the positions of the people I spoke to until I asked. First question "when can you start?" thought that was weird. Normal behavioral questions like strengths, weaknesses, take me through your resume. Lot of questions about skillset with Excel, powerpoint, statistical and regression models.
Assuming I didn't get the position after sending thank you emails, emailing HR twice, I've received no response - super unprofessional to say the least.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
