Interview
Several calls from recruiting firm followed by 3 rounds of phone interviews.
-First interview was just a brief introduction too assess my customer service skills, that i easily passed.
-Second phone interview was with a hiring manager who asked basic scenario questions and was just gauging my overall attitude.
-Third interview was with a desktop support engineer and this was a technical screening. Which i nailed since i have 9 years of IT experience. He was impressed with my skills.

Interview
It was a brief interview that was pretty basic. They inquired about call center experience, and availability. You don't need to know the software because their training is fully comprehensive.

It was a telephonic round with hiring manger and then a face to face in person interview with a few team members.
It was a good discussion about the work the team is responsible for and about the work I have done in the past.
