I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter the day after I applied online and after speaking with her, I was emailed a 25 question test that covered many aspects of tax. As a CPA, I found it quite difficult. If you don't have a broad range of experience some of the questions can really trip you up. It is open book, but it is also timed so there is pressure to get through it all.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
One phone screening interview with HR, one with the hiring manager, and 4 sequential interviews with team members. Friendly, laidback, primarily behavioral questions. The interview system has changed from my experience, however, and converted into a new format which requires project presentations and a 'homework' assignment in addition to standard behavioral interviews.
