I got the call after Intuit visited my school on campus recruiting. They asked some simple programming questions, which when answered fine they schedule a call to interview at their office.

Interview
I met with a small business owner understanding his business and needs for a bookkeeper. He said he needed sales tax, payroll, monthly accounting and weekly tips for his restaurant staff. He also explained that he wanted personal service rather than a company that does not develop a more personal relationship with him. He advised he may need more help as the process is new to him and asked if I would be willing to assist.

Interview
I met with the hiring manager, then the entire team. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. It was great getting to know everyone and I was happy with the process.
