Invitation link → System check (camera/mic + connection) and then you proceed to practice questions→Real questions (often several questions; many assessments are around 5–8 questions) with a set time to answer each. →Submit at the end; your responses go to the employer’s recruiting team for review.
The technical interviewee lady was very disrespectful and made me feel low esteemed. It was a live 1:1 SQL coding assignment and at the end she was implying how unqualified I am and how she was "shocked".

Interview
One round of "screening" interviews, which were actually behavior interviews, followed by a final round of interviews. The first round was a virtual call with a member of the team in which they primarily asked relatively predictable behavioral questions.
