I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2022
Interview
There was an initial consult with a recruiter who facilitated a meeting with the hiring manager. This was followed by a values panel and then a technical screen and one final meeting with the hiring manager. The rapport with the recruiter and hiring manager was very good. The values panel was moderate to okay. The technical screen was bizarre. It was made up of three people. One was not paying attention, one asked stupefying trivia questions about tech which lacked relevance, and one was competent. A truly unusual experience beset with red flags and funny feelings.
