I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Saint Paul, MN) in Dec 2022
Interview
Start with a phone interview with a recruiter. This went very well and the recruiter was very good. Next step is a recorded interview virtually with recorded questions. A couple were typical, tell about a how you handled a agrument, how you would handle a mistake, etc. The other questions were tax related with little facts and little prep time to answer what information you would need from a client, what forms to prepare, what credits would apply, etc. Unless you very recently prepared returns and either have this all memorized or have a binder listing forms and questions for different tax situations, it is difficult to quickly answer these questions. The pay scale offered does not commensurate with the work required.

Question 1
Your client tells you last year they rented property for the first time. What information would you need to obtain from the client and what tax forms would you need to complete?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Simple. A few rounds and then a sample design and a full round of interviews. Recruiter was on top of things, but then I switched recruiters at the end, she left, and I didn't get leveled correctly (3 level difference, so it was significant). They were nice about it, but given the market climate could not switch to the correct level (all interviewers agreed I was "Principle" and not "Senior"). Nice and good experience, and responsive.

Question 1
Mostly around conversational AI and interaction design experience.
I applied to this position and was contacted by a recruiter almost immediately. She set up an initial call with the hiring manager who shared their expectations about the role and qualifications so it appeared as though we were on the same page. The recruiter then set up a panel interview but gave little to no direction about how it was going to go. While preparing blindly for this interview, I emailed the recruiter requesting a follow up call to help answer some questions for the interview. This email went unanswered. On the day of the interview, the recruiter asked me if I had prepared a presentation for the panel. This came as a complete shock to me, as I was never told I needed to prepare anything for a presentation. As the interview continued, it became abundantly clear that the entire team was completely disorganized, as they were all on totally different wave lengths when it came to the role I was being interviewed for. I was being asked ridiculous questions about my experience level which would have been obvious if the team had discussed my resume and interview strategy ahead of time. So, not only was it a complete waste of everyone's time, but it was also incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. This did, however, give me a great glimpse into how the team operates and communicates. To say the least, they also failed to meet my expectations.
