Interview
Phone screen with HR then hiring manager. Half day panel interview: 1 hour where you present your background and relevant experience followed up with response to case you're given a couple of days to prepare for. Then break out to a 2 on 1, then 1 on 1 with the people on the panel, finally one more 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Offer usually goes out within a couple of days depending on when other candidate interviews are happening.
