I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Plano, TX) in Sep 2020
Interview
There was a manager interview, and a tech screen with two other members who were on the team. They were at the start of a migration project moving from o365 to Google Apps. They were heavily focused on email routing issues, and how to maintain deliverability during the migration. There were some questions about Google Calendar, and Google drive. I felt like the interview was too focused on email delivery, vs other problems that would arise for Google Drive/Calendar post migration. After the tech screen I never heard back. The recruiter who I had spoken to many times, to coordinate interviews went radio silent, and never bothered to return my emails or calls.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I scheduled an interview through them. The experience until here was great. There was a 1-hour interview with someone who has worked at Intuit for 20 years. He showed up to the interview but did not introduce himself, did not talk about his background / experience / skill set as most other interviewers do which is common courtesy. He was frowning from the beginning of the interview and it appeared as if he didn't want to be there from that start of the interview. He asked the same question on repeat again and again even after I answered it before. So overall, the experience was negative but mainly due to the poor quality interview experience with the technical interviewer compared to how polished and positive the experience has been with other companies. This is not a negative thing but just something worth mentioning that their interview process is slow compared to most other companies in the area. They take about 2ish weeks to schedule interviews while other companies do it ASAP or within a week.
