Interview
Applied online for a job in Toronto, Canada. A recruiter from California reached out. Had to follow up with him to actually get the screening interview scheduled.
During the screening he had a tendency to make statements instead of asking questions (e.g. We're looking for someone with X). It was awkward but I would interject and explain why I was a good fit for that along with explaining my experience. At the end of the interview he said the next step was to meet with the hiring manager, he asked for my availability and he said he would get that scheduled.
Never heard from him again. He didn't answer a follow up email. Very unprofessional.

Interview
I interviewed at Mailchimp right after they were acquired by Intuit.
First step was a very informal chat with hiring managers, which I really enjoyed. They were frank and casual, and then the recruiter let me pick which team to interview with.
For the full interview day I did a live design challenge on Figjam plus a conversational interview.
