I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Intuit in Mar 2024
Interview
The process started back in January and dragged until April. The recruiter that was assigned was not helpful in terms of feedback. I completed a Case Study and was told that it did not meet expectations of what the hiring manager was looking for. No guidance from the recruiter. I was told by the recruiter afterwards that the reason that this req was still open was that the hiring manager was being to particular with the Case study. He then proceeded to let me know that there was another role that was opening and would follow up with me about it. Crickets. I followed up twice and nothing. Completely ghosted. I understand that the role is demanding but at least close the loop out.
