I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2009
Interview
There was a phone screen by a recruiter and another phone screen by an in-house recruiter. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions were about past experience and went well. A several hour long interview was then set up. A lot of behavioral questions were asked--what would you do if you realize the product you've been working on a for a year now has a major flaw, and it is just before release time. What is the most challenging situation you've been in. How do you resolve conflict when you have a roadmap but a lot of intercal csutomers want something different...
I thought it went well. But I never heard back from them. I did ping the recruiter and she said they are still considering options but never got back to me. It's been almost three months so I think the decision is obvious, but would've loved to get an official answer.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2021
Interview
Sent off my CV and was contacted by the recruiter for a quick phone call to assess my suitability.
He told me about the role and asked me a few questions about myself, what I had been doing and my previous experience and skills, the whole thing lasted about 20 minutes in total and he said that he would get back to me in the next couple of weeks.
The recruiter then followed up with an email asking exactly the same questions that he asked in the interview, and asked me to jot down examples for the same questions, it was pretty much like he hadn't bothered to do this in the interview, and wasn't really listening to what I had to say. I filled in the questions, got an acknowledgement from him that he had received the answers, and then nothing, haven't heard from Intuit since.

Question 1
How many years of PM experience do you have in total?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
One phone screen with the hiring manager (Director), one in-person screen with the VP, half-day in-person session with the team including case presentations and one-on-one interviews. Recruiters were top notch and supported me every step of the way. Communication was always clear and quick. They never left me hanging.

Question 1
Had to do a presentation on a product or feature that I developed and released.
Four phone interviews in a week so it seemed really positive. Then waiting for the group interview/craft presentation with 6 people at once took more than a month to schedule. Group interview had more of a confrontational vibe, almost like a different company. Kudos to them for giving feedback at the end.
