Intuit has a standard 4-hour interview process involving a one hour group presentation and then a series of 1:1 interviews. This was after a phone screen with a recruiter and with the hiring manager.
Overall, the on-site interview was a positive experience, everyone was nice and was very engaged with their questioning.
However, after not getting an offer I learned that they questioned that I had the right skills for the job, which were the result of not knowing several questions out of a four hour interview. You would think if this was their crucial decision component, they could have probed it more further via phone before the candidate invests significant time coming in for the interview.
I also found out afterwards that they had reposted the role right before my interview, so wish they would have been more upfront with feedback about where they were in the interviewing process.
