I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intertek (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met with 5 members of the senior staff at the same time. They asked about my basic math ability, knowledge of ELISA, and pipetting skills. Seems like they just want recent grads they can burn through quickly. They bragged about how much of their staff has been there for years. 3 out of those 5 senior staff members quit within 3 months of my interview, along with another 10 senior staff members from other departments.
