I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intertek (Leatherhead, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Met up with the lab manager and the lead consultant engineer. The interview started off with introduction about myself and projects I've done and followed up with slightly technical position related questions and about the company itself.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intertek (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2018
Interview
Essentially the interview requires you to prove you can handle stress and a tough culture. It seems to be about survival and making money. They do add some teasers about the great people and resources (which is true).

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Intertek (San Diego, CA)
Interview
No process, walked in and got the job. They didn't really ask questions but then again I was a lab assistant they didn't have much to ask and I was recommended for the job. Otherwise they called me asked for my availability to come in and interview. I walked in and then was offered the job on the spot.
