Intertek interview questions

Process was fairly easy, recruiter was awesome, she sent me on to the VP, HR. Interview was fine, but they hired someone else. No follow-up, no call, no 'thank you but no thank you' email. I expected more from Intertek, but just may be indicative of the culture, no care.
