Intertek interview questions

I was told at the beginning of the interview that this position requires short-term station at customer site for 3-6 months but this was not included in the job description. I was asked to provide many consultation opinion on some difficulties that they encountered on the products they are working on right now during the interview. Job description states "train subordinates" but there are no subordinates at the moment. The job is at manager grade and it looks like the next level manager is also another manager grade staff. I was also asked if there is any future to setting up this role at Intertek in the industry. This interview lasted for 2 hours without hearing back from them anymore. Few weeks later, the job title was changed from manager to engineer. I wonder if Intertek takes throughout consideration before posting any job advertisement.
