Gemoedelijk gesprek met de inspectie manager, nadien snel goed nieuws. Wat basisvragen over chemie, wiskunde en veiligheid gehad. Voor de rest bereid zijn om in shiften te werken en willen bijleren.

Interview
Interview was conducted by 3 people (2, in the case of my colleague). Comprises of the manpower team and HR. Manpower seems to be the determining factor with HR holding a more "process facilitating" role.
Some question on your background to see if your personality fits the role (field work, long hours, 24hrs standby, interactions with 3rd parties). And expections were generally shared as well.
