Fairly laid back in the initial interview. Mostly basic technical questions about my knowledge and understanding of what they are working with. They were print in the interview and asked me general engineering questions and my familiarity with such things. They also asked me to rank my comfort level with different topics.

Interview
(During COVID 19 Pandemic) Two phone interviews, one with the direct supervisor, one with the regional director, under an hour. Questions about knowledge and experience in the field of the job and a few personal questions. Laid back interviews.

What is your experience working with equipment under test?
Very friendly and intuitive. Gave a very nice tour of the laboratory and introduced to the managers and employees. Overall the experience was great and it felt like they were really trying to find the right fit
