Interview process was fairly straightforward. I applied by handing my CV into the Madrid office. I was called in for interview the following week and was subsequently offered the job.

A few days after applying for the role, I received an email to agree on a time for an interview. In the interview, I explained my qualifications and past work experience. The interviewer described the role and responsibilities in more detail.

Interview was not skills-based, but rather hypothetical situations about what you would do in certain situations. I didn't feel the interviewer was interested in what I could accomplish for them.

Interview
The interviewer belittled me and made me feel very small. It was a humiliating experience. Unnecessarily rude and pompous. I could imagine that working with such a person would be very difficult indeed.
