International Committee of the Red Cross interview questions

They call me 4 weeks after i applied in online, first there was a test, one day after the test they call me for interview, they say we will call you in two weeks after the interview, but they sent me regret letter 5 weeks after that time.

It is a long selection process. After 2 or 3 months when I applied, they called me in order to know if I was still interested. After that, I had 2 languages tests and technical test, it took more than a month. I also had 2 job interviews. The interviews were long, complicated but OK. Most of the interviewews were nice. However, after that, they never contacted me to tell me if I was rejected or not. After such a long process, I expected more from ICRC. I was very disappointed with his treatment of the candidate. I understand that they have a lot of work, but it is disrespectful not to notify a candidate who has been in a process for months, who has not been selected.
