Applied online, received an email asking me to take an online exam and confirming I had access to certain legal documents, received a call a week after the exam requesting to schedule an online interview. Standard questions at interview, and was advised there would be a third round with the top 2 finalists.

It was a very interesting process. I had not experienced an interview like this. There was a practical assignment to complete in a set time. And there were two questions to answer and report/letter to draft. Then an interview with a panel of interviewees.
