A very long intensive 2/days recruitment process. You will be invited to Geneva for 2 days and the recruitment team will squeeze your personality out and put you into all the possible tests to get to know what kind of person you are. But no worries in a couple of years this system will not exist anymore.. if not a earlier than two years.

1 year long with languages test, physical interview, video calls, written test. It was a long process but also very professional it gave me more motivation to join them. The last final interview was a round interview with 8 candidates.
