They had two types of interviews. Written test interview and Oral Interview.More of a panel interview for the latter.The test was meant to gauge the skills for the job applied for. The oral interview was meant to test interpersonal skills and how much candidates know abut ICRC. It took two months for the process i.e from applying to being interviewed.
