I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross in Aug 2022
Interview
Seemed professional at the start, however was asked unrelated questions to the role itself during the interview. No further questions were asked about the specifics I provided to the role / how my previous experience related to the achievements and examples provided. Surely I didn’t get the offer as guess what - they already had a preferred candidate for the role. For future reference, please don’t waste the time of qualified candidates.

Question 1
Which city do I prefer - M or S? Seriously, how does this relate to the job that I’m being considered for.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International Committee of the Red Cross (Ginebra) in Sep 2022
Interview
Highly detailed job description, recruitment process seemed professional at first. During the interview I was asked random questions unrelated to the job (eg which city do I prefer living in). No further questions were asked about the specifics of the role / my direct experience on what was advertised. When asked for interview feedback, I was told the interview panel didn’t have enough time to narrow down and ask specific questions. Seriously?
