Panel discussion with three staff from the organization which included Human Resource, hiring manager and one staff with relevant expertise for fourty-five minutes to assess motivation, knowledge of the position and organization, expected starting date.

A written test and an oral test all online. And the process took just a month. The HR and recruiting manager were the only panelist. For the written test, the question was sent to my mail which was senario technical questions while the interview was both technical and HR questions

Interview was in panel format. Good. Not too much time lapse between written test and interview. Everyone was professional and courteous. Interview was online due different locations of team members.
