1. Written Test: questions about the ICRC in general as well as about the position itself.
2. Skype Interview with the HR Manager, Economic Security Delegate, Economic Security Coordinator and Head of Sub-Delegation.
3. Interview face to face with the Head of Sub-Delegation again as well as a panel.
