Three stages; Written and two oral interviews The written interview basically draws questions from the JD and one or two scenarios are presented to you expecting you to give feedback on how you are going to handle them. Oral interviews include the common interview questions; tell us about yourself Where do you see yourself in the next five years How do you handle conflicts What is your weakness/ strength etc

The interview process included a technical test followed by three separate interviews, each conducted on a different day. The technical test assessed practical skills relevant to the administrative role. The interviews focused on evaluating my experience, communication skills, and ability to handle job-related tasks and scenarios.
