Online application followed by language tests, an online assessment, a HR interview, a technical interview and then finally an assessment day in Geneva. Whole process was long winded but fairly straightforward. More of a verification of skills as appose to challenging interview questions - including hr questions to see how you would perform in the field in a potentially dangerous situation.
