Very straight forward. I applied online and followed up in an e-mail to HR. The team I applied for requested an interview with me. I opted to commute to their office instead of Skypin'. This showed them that I was serious about working at the company. Having international experience - be it through school, work, or your heritage - helps!

Interview
All questions were really generic. Like things you'd find online; nothing really specific or situational. Most of the questions were based off of my previous experiences on my resume so be prepared in answering what you did and how it relates to your position. Like I said, really straightforward and no tricks. Quick turn around time, too.
