Interview
I received a short 10 minute screening call by the VP of Programs where I was asked by the end of the call to have an in-person interview. I was asked about my previous employment and my experience as well as my knowledge on current events.

Interview
I interviewed via Skype, and was told I'd hear back within a week. Soon afterward, I received a rather long email citing concerns about my attention to detail, given a minor typographical error found in my writing sample, and was given the "opportunity" to assuage them. I received more correspondence requesting references and an additional writing sample (I ultimately submitted three in total, plus a data visualization). After two weeks, I reached out and learned that my contact had been meaning to get back to me for days, and I was not selected to move on in the process. My references were never contacted. All in all, a somewhat bizarre and unprofessional experience.
