Smooth and pleasant preliminary interview process. CV and Cover Letter, as per standard procedure. The company seems truly focused on quality and is searching for the right candidate to fit in in their existing team.

Question 1
The initial step of the interview process was a standard one (sending CV and Cover Letter). There was one special requirement that stood out in order to make sure the candidate paid close attention to the company requirements and its values. It's all there, in the Intro Video. :)
