The process was actually easy, and although I was not accepted, the response was actually within a few days (within the advised timeframe, which is great to keep track of your application and eases the mind more than what one would expect)
I applied online and was asked to answer some questions via email. After answering the questions, I received an invitation to interview with the then Operations manager who asked me some questions about my experience and what my career goals were.

There were three interview levels, I only went through the first two. However, it became apparent during the process that they had changed the requirements for the person they wanted, and hence I did not proceed

During my recent experience with the hiring process, I found that it was quite lengthy and involved numerous rounds of questioning. Despite my efforts and time invested, I often waited for weeks to receive any response from the hiring team. Unfortunately, I did not find the process to be particularly valuable or worthwhile.
